- Roofing and gutter services
- 24/7 emergency response services
3. Service Agreement
When you request our services, you agree to the following:
- Provide accurate information about your service requirements
- Allow safe access to the work area
- Pay for services as agreed upon in the quote or estimate
- Comply with any safety instructions provided by our technicians
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is based on:
- The complexity and scope of work required
- Materials and parts needed
- Time and labor involved
- Emergency or after-hours service requirements
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We provide warranties on our workmanship and guarantee customer satisfaction. Specific warranty terms depend on the type of service provided and will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
6. Liability and Insurance
AIM LOCAL is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all our operations and technicians.
7. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be made:
- At least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment for regular services
- Emergency services may incur call-out fees if cancelled after dispatch
- Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations
8. Emergency Services
Our 24/7 emergency services are available for urgent plumbing and electrical issues. Emergency service rates apply for after-hours, weekend, and public holiday calls. We prioritize safety and will respond as quickly as possible to emergency situations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM LOCAL’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
